I'm certified Pilates Reformer instructor, experience since 2022. Based in Bucharest (Pipera).

I work with English-speaking clients, helping reduce discomfort from long hours at the computer and improve posture.

I also specialise in pelvic floor training, including postnatal recovery and support for urinary incontinence.

 

My approach
I don’t believe in extreme diets or “getting ready for summer.”
I believe in consistency.
In building habits that support your body all year round.

My own story with Pilates Reformer

 

At 40, I built the body I had always wanted.
For most of my life, I was skinny fat with poor posture.
After two pregnancies, I gained 10–20 kg each time. I always lost the weight, but my body condition got worse.
Everything started to change with Pilates.

My back used to hurt after every workday.
I began with one pilates reformer session per week, then added strength training at the gym.
At first, my goal was simple — to fix my frozen shoulder and relieve back pain.
But after about six months, I noticed visible changes besides shoulder and back.
Within a year, I reached the best shape of my life.
At 40, for the first time, I felt comfortable in my body — both in how it looks and how it feels.
No pain. More strength. More confidence.
