💧 Do you need to drink water during Reformer Pilates?
In Reformer Pilates, movement is focused on control, breath, and flow. Because of this, we try to avoid too many interruptions during the session, so the body can stay connected to the exercises.
That said, hydration is still very important.
In my classes, I usually include a few short water breaks so you can stay hydrated without breaking the rhythm of the practice.
💧 Drink water before class
💧 Take small sips during planned breaks
💧 Rehydrate properly after class
Listen to your body — if you feel thirsty, always take a moment when needed.
The goal is simple: stay hydrated, but keep the quality of movement and focus during the session.
